With a deposit account in place, ecore customers can easily allocate transactions to their client accounts in real-time, significantly reducing the risk of missed disbursements.
To view transaction data in real-time, navigate to the person icon on the top right corner, select “Account Admin” and then “Account Transactions”. From there, you can pull all data or filter based on date, transaction type, user, reference ID, and more. You have the option to export the data to use with your accounting or invoicing system. We will also send you weekly invoices for reference.
For most of our services, prices are shown prior to submitting your transaction. If you do not see a price breakdown and would like to inquire about pricing prior to submission, you can save your transaction as a draft and view pricing information for all ecore services in the Account Admin.

Yes, you can continue to process searches and filings in ecore post OBR launch, with a direct connection to the OBR. Keep an eye out for more information as it becomes available, and make sure you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe-sender list for updates.
Yes, ecore is integrated with Fast Company. To connect Fast Company with ecore, add your full ecore login details (along with your ecore Account ID) to your settings in Fast Company. For help with this process, contact customer support.
Like Cyberbahn, ecore is a no-fee membership account, however, the billing system is somewhat different. ecore is a deposit account that allows you to pre-load the funds your firm will require for your expected volume of transactions. We encourage you to tailor your deposit amount based on your previous monthly invoices from Cyberbahn. When you first migrate over to ecore, your account will be allowed to go into overdraft for six weeks to give you time to submit and process payment. Please make sure your initial deposit payments cover any overdrafts applied to ensure there are enough funds in your account.
Funds deposited in ecore never expire and are extractable if you decide to close your account. See payment methods and instructions in this ecore guide.

Login Tip: You can log in with your existing Cyberbahn credentials. Simply navigate to www.oncorp.com and select the “Cyberbahn” login option first, then use your credentials as normal. Hit “Enter” on your keyboard to complete the login.
We will transfer any funds outstanding in your Cyberbahn account over to ecore.
Please allow for up to 2-3 weeks post-migration to transfer funds. In the meantime, your account will be allowed to go into overdraft so you can continue to process transactions.
If you are not sure if you have an ecore account, continue to use Cyberbahn until Dye & Durham provides you with a primary ecore account. Once we migrate you over to ecore, if we find a duplicate record, we will work with you to consolidate those accounts.
If you already have an ecore account, you may continue to use both accounts until your migration date approaches. During your initial migration, you will have two ecore accounts, so you can continue to access your Cyberbahn transaction history. Our team will work with you post-migration to consolidate the two accounts.
In some cases, where we have clearly identified matching accounts, we automatically merged the Cyberbahn account to your existing ecore account.
Both Cyberbahn and ecore are web-based browser applications. The system requirements for both platforms are the same, so you do not need to change anything.
Once the migration is complete, you will have read-only access to Cyberbahn for six weeks. This will allow you time to retrieve previous work. Please note that with read-only access, you will not be able to complete any new transactions within Cyberbahn. After the migration is complete, new transactions must be completed in ecore.
We will migrate user details, templates, and PPSA easy-fill databases for a smooth transition.

ecore does not have an Entity Management solution built in, but ecore is integrated with FastCompany, which is another Dye & Durham solution for Entity Management and electronic minute books. You may also consider our CorpLink or ecorp solutions. Our team has identified users requiring Entity Management and will work with you prior to migration to determine how you can continue to receive Entity Management solutions that fit your practice needs. If you would like to make any changes to your user information, such as email, company name or billing address, please make those updates at least 5 days prior to your migration date to ensure all data is properly captured in ecore. Any account information in Cyberbahn will automatically be transferred to ecore, so now is a good time to make those updates. A major benefit to our customers is that our existing customer service teams from Cyberbahn and ecore will be merging. This means our customers will now have access to a larger customer service team, allowing us to serve you faster, and expand the types of support resources available to you. You will continue to interact with customer service representatives you are already familiar with and meet new ones that are experts on the ecore platform.
Before your migration date, continue to use Cyberbahn support lines. Once you migrate over to ecore, please use the contact details shown on your ecore account to reach support. You can find the ecore support number and email in the top right corner of the application by hovering your cursor over the phone icon.
To eliminate any possible disruptions, all customer transition dates have been scheduled to ensure the least disruption of service and the availability of the Customer Support team to answer any questions that may arise. For this reason, your office’s transition date to ecore has been pre-set. Dye & Durham will notify you by email and in-app of your expected ecore move date within three weeks of your scheduled transition date.
We are taking great care in scheduling transition dates to ensure there is minimal impact to your business during the move.
Before migration, Dye & Durham will invite you to a series of informational training webinars regarding the ecore platform. We strongly recommend that you join these webinars when they are live so that you can participate in the Q&A sessions and gain an understanding of ecore prior to migration. In case you are unable to attend during the live presentation, the webinars will also be made available on-demand.

Yes. Dye & Durham will automatically migrate some data to ecore to help facilitate a smooth transition. We will migrate account and user information, templates, and your PPSA easy-fill database.
You can continue accessing previous completed Cyberbahn transactions within ecore. To access previous transactions, navigate to the new “Cyberbahn” menu option within the ecore platform. Six weeks after your migration date, access to previous transactions will be removed.

Our team will create an account for you in ecore and migrate key Cyberbahn data automatically. You will be able to access ecore using the same login credentials you used to access Cyberbahn.

During the first phase of migration, you may notice some changes to your workflow, but ecore is undergoing significant development to bring you the best of both software solutions in one.
Cyberbahn migration will be conducted in phases and will begin in June 2021. You will receive an email and pop-up messaging in Cyberbahn with expected transition timeframe. We will provide you with an exact migration date a minimum of three weeks prior to the transition.
